We proudly welcome you to the first Austrian Kettlebell Sports Open! This event is part of the IKO Kettlebell World League and we will also do the rankings with the IKO ranking tables. This year we are offering only video submissions.

EVENTS:
– Long Cycle (Two Kettlebells – TALC)
– Biathlon (Jerk with two Kettlebells – TAJ)
– Jerk only (Two Kettlebells – TAJ)
– Snatch only
– Triathlon (Jerk + Long Cycle with two Kettlebells – TAJ & TALC)

BELLS WEIGHT:
Men : 16kg, 20kg, 24kg, 28kg, 32kg
Women : 8kg, 12kg, 16kg, 20kg, 24kg

BODYWEIGHT & AGE CATEGORIES:
The IKO weight classes and age categories are applied (you can find them on the IKO ranking tables on the homepage:
https://www.kettlebellworld.org/ranking-tables)

REGISTRATION:
Registration Fee $15 for the first event – Additional events +$5
(Payment via PayPal – more Info per Mail)
* Master of Sport (MSIC, HMS) and above compete for free

VIDEO SUBMISSION:
From 7th Septmeber till 11th September – please upload your video on YouTube
End of registration: 4th September

Film yourself in an continuous video:
– Record your bodyweight
– Record the weight of the bell
– Record your set (make sure your whole body fits in the frame, even in top fixation – front view only)

* please make sure you have good lightning and no copyright on our audio
